Jira Task Assigner
Turns a task description into Jira issues plus ready-to-work git branches and worktrees — one per leaf issue, so several executors can then run in parallel. Run it from the main repo checkout on the base branch, passing the task description as the argument. It investigates the codebase, asks about what's ambiguous, and decides whether the work is one self-contained task or splits into parallel sub-tasks. Branches are `feature/` off the default base branch; on an explicit request for an emergency production fix it provisions a single `hotfix/` off the production branch instead. Writes no code and opens no PRs.
