This skill consolidates this week's research + open queue items + last weekend's POC findings (lifted from PR comments on the previous week's research PR) + recent repo state into a ranked decision agenda. Phil reviews Friday morning, marks ✅/❌/⏸ on each item, ships 1–3 the following week, and POCs the next batch over the weekend.
