Full end-to-end workflow for creating OR reviewing a complete, widget-enhanced Quarto lecture. Two modes: (1) CREATE — takes raw content (notes, PDFs, RAG output) and produces a production-ready .qmd with widgets; (2) RE-REVIEW — takes an existing .qmd path and runs a full review: 3-perspective review (Professor / sehr guter Student / mittelmäßiger Student) + accounting-qa + QMD quality gate in parallel, then applies improvements.
