Operator-side diagnostics for a running March container stack. Everything here observes or repairs the live system; nothing modifies product code. Scripts live in this skill's scripts/ directory — reference them as ${CLAUDE_SKILL_DIR}/scripts/<name>. Each is side-effect-free except admin-event.sh (intentionally break-glass; dry-run unless --yes).
