It runs the same quality gates as dev-workflow by calling the same dev-workflow-bundle sibling skills under the same conventions, but it re-shapes the flow around a junior engineer's understanding: the AI is always the driver — it writes every edit and narrates what it is doing and why — while the junior navigates, reviewing each implementation unit's diff, asking whatever the narration left open, and judging commits. Quality is never traded for pedagogy: mobpro runs M4 and M7–M12 gates in full, with no difficulty-based skipping.
