Monthly Log

Open this month's BuJo-style monthly log entry. Creates `notes/journal/monthly/YYYY-MM.md` (or the project's equivalent) from a Rapid-Logging template using the same four-signifier vocabulary as daily-log (`–` note / `•` action / `○` event / `=` mood) and dot-state-marker transformations (`✕` complete / `→` migrated / `»` exported / `~~•~~` dropped). Default mode is silent capture. Opt-in coaching (triggered by phrases like "monthly reflection," "plan this month," "monthly review") walks Carroll's monthly ritual — reflect on the month gone by (state-mark the 4 priorities, capture themes) then build the month's action plan (list candidates, **pick 4 most important, number 1-4 by importance** — Carroll's distinctive cap that gives one priority per week). Designed to stack with `daily-log` and `weekly-log`: same template shape, same signifiers; daily AM ritual reads the current month's 4 priorities as zoom-out context.
