Local, file-backed experience for agents — a portable script (scripts/awareness.py) backed by SQLite that works across processes without Docker, a server, or external services. It registers no MCP tools. Its job: make an agent more aware on a coding task — self-awareness (recall before acting), code-awareness (understand a file before editing), collaboration (coordinate with concurrent agents via locks + messages), repo memory (carry handoffs and lessons run-to-run), and harness-awareness (verify before concluding; improve in loops). README.md is the high-level tour for users.
