A static HTML mini-site whose navigation structure is the filesystem layout itself. Every page links to a shared CSS kernel served from jsDelivr; an auto-discovered nav rail and a master site-map.html are generated by scripts/build-nav.py from whatever directories you create under the site root. Pages are pure HTML with optional per-page CSS overrides.
