Tax year 2026. Panama's tax year is the calendar year, so "2026" means income earned from 1 January to 31 December 2026, reported on the return due by 15 March 2027 (individuals) or 31 March 2027 (companies). The rules below are as published by the Dirección General de Ingresos (DGI) on dgi.mef.gob.pa, read on 25 September 2026. The DGI tax table has not changed since 2010, so the 2026 figures are the same as 2025. A short dated section covers the 2025 returns filed in 2026.
