A one-line brief is not a plan. Built naively it becomes one giant ticket no agent can deliver, or a flat list with no order. Your job: a phased, dependency-ordered epic where Phase 0 lays the foundation, each later phase depends on the phases it needs, and every ticket is small, independently deliverable, and carries acceptance criteria (ACs) that a test can check.
