A ralph loop runs a fresh claude -p on a repository over and over, and the harness (git and commands, not the model) decides which commits are kept. Setting one up is a handful of choices that change how the loop behaves for days. Ask about them with the AskUserQuestion tool instead of guessing or leaving the template's defaults unexplained, then scaffold the loop with those answers.
