Triage the kind:rdr-seed backlog into RDR-shape dispositions, before any seed is handed to /rdr-seed. After many kata-scope-review passes (and roborev spin-offs), kind:rdr-seed katas accumulate in the human inbox; this skill drains that pile in an independent session — no flight, no ship — and decides which seeds are actually one well-shaped RDR, which are several entangled contracts that must split, which are facets of one contract that should collapse, which were over-eager seeds that belong back in the bug flow, and which are already moot.
