Semantius Skill Maker

Generate ONE consolidated, domain-specific Agent Skill (agentskills.io format, usable by Claude Code and any other agent harness that loads Agent Skills) from a Semantius semantic-model file (`*-semantic-model.md`). The output packages the model's domain glossary, jobs-to-be-done, enum lifecycles, FK shapes, label composition rules, and guardrails into a single SKILL.md so a calling agent can use that specific Semantius model efficiently, without re-deriving the schema or loading the source model file at runtime. Use when the user wants "a skill for the CRM model", "wrap the workforce model in a skill", "generate a domain skill from this semantic model", or any phrasing that asks for a model-specific skill on top of an existing `*-semantic-model.md` file. Also trigger when the user wants to rebuild, reanalyze, re-author, or holistically regenerate an existing generated skill against the current model (e.g. "rebuild the `<slug>` skill from scratch", "the model has drifted, regenerate everything", "throw out the existing skill folder and start over"). The generated SKILL.md delegates platform mechanics (CLI install, PostgREST encoding, cube DSL) to `use-semantius`, which is expected to load alongside.
