Slack Pr Review

Category: General  ·  Sub-category: communication  ·  Last updated:
tool:slacktype:audittype:review
Watch Slack for messages that ask the user to review a GitHub pull request (an @-mention of the user, or a direct message), review each requested PR with supervised Orca workers (one pr-review worker on the current harness for a small PR; the pr-review-orchestrate pipeline with Codex, Claude Code, and Kimi Code reviewers, a Claude Code merge, and a Codex audit for a big one) plus only the review-relevant Slack context, and DM the user from a bot when each review is ready. On the user's reply it posts the review, then tracks the PR until the user approves it: when the author says the comments are addressed (in the request thread, on GitHub, or by re-requesting review), a fix check verifies each comment without a new review round and proposes either an approval with "LGTM!" or follow-up replies and comments, which are posted only after the user replies `post`. One invocation is one idempotent tick, built to repeat under /loop (for example `/loop 10m /slack-pr-review`) or an Orca automation. Use when the user runs /slack-pr-review, or asks to monitor Slack for PR review requests and have them reviewed automatically.

From the source SKILL.md

One invocation is one tick: read the user's answers to earlier questions, poll Slack for new review requests, watch the PRs that are being tracked, dispatch one reviewer for a small PR, an orchestrated review for a big one, or a fix check for a tracked PR whose author says the comments are addressed, supervise the workers until every one settles (re-polling Slack while waiting), DM the user per finished review or fix check, print a status board, and end the turn. /loop or an automation supplies the repetition. Durable state makes every tick idempotent and lets a later session pick up work…

What does the Slack Pr Review skill do?
Watch Slack for messages that ask the user to review a GitHub pull request (an @-mention of the user, or a direct message), review each requested PR with supervised Orca workers (one pr-review worker on the current harness for a small PR; the pr-review-orchestrate pipeline with Codex, Claude Code, and Kimi Code reviewers, a Claude Code merge, and a Codex audit for a big one) plus only the review-relevant Slack context, and DM the user from a bot when each review is ready.
