Autonomous test-driven development cycle. Reads the project's spec + handoff TODO, picks the next queued or unchecked item, writes failing tests first, implements until the full test suite is green, commits (code + tests + spec + TODO update in one commit), pushes, deploys if the project has a deploy path, and verifies production. Runs end-to-end without pausing for confirmation.
