Vault v2 enhancement. Adds visual/semantic search, near-dup detection, and "more like this" over assets/consolidated/all_fixed/ (17,348 SVGs, 99.6% valid). Tags-first search (svg-vault-index) stays the v1 default; this layers on top of the same vault.sqlite — the embedding BLOB column already exists (NULL in v1), so no schema migration is needed to start.
