Modify an existing `test` declaration -- changing its body (sends, matches, captures, fail patterns, sleeps), markers, `start` deps, `let` bindings, docstring, name, cleanup -- or relocate it under `relux/tests/<sut>/<scope>/`, or split a fat test by hard-switching to `relux:test-write` for a new sibling and stripping the now-covered slice from the original.
