Use these conventions whenever drafting a paper to be filed in a Texas trial court — a District Court, a County Court at Law or Constitutional County Court, or a Justice Court. Texas has no single strict statewide pleading-paper rule fixing margins, font, and line spacing the way some jurisdictions do.
