Dual-mode skill for github.com/LerianStudio/lib-streaming, Lerian's producer-only event publication library (Kafka, SQS, RabbitMQ, EventBridge). Sweep Mode dispatches parallel explorers to find DIY publishers (franz-go, sarama, amqp091-go, watermill, raw AWS SDK calls) and re-implemented manifests / circuit breakers that should be replaced with lib-streaming. Reference Mode catalogs the public facade — Config, Catalog, Builder, Emitter, NoopEmitter, manifest, CloudEvents codec, errors, streamingtest — organised Bootstrap to Build to Emit to Test to Manifest. Skip for non-Go code, frontend code, consumer-only services, or projects that have no business-event surface. Adoption/reference companion to ring:dev-streaming-instrumentation (end-to-end 13-gate orchestration) and ring:streaming-event-mapping (PM-side event identification).
