Install via [release binary](https://github.com/microsoft/waza) (install.ps1 / install.sh) or go install github.com/microsoft/waza@latest; update in place with waza update. Verified against waza v0.38.10 (Oct 2026) — commands documented only on waza's main docs but not yet released (preflight, new eval --scenario) are marked ⚠️ upcoming; confirm with waza <cmd> --help before use.
