Runs the same analysis as the billing-summary agent but as an on-demand slash command. For automated monthly runs, use Windows Task Scheduler (or your OS equivalent) to run claude -p "/billing-legal:billing-summary" on a local process that can access the billing data path. Do not use /schedule — that feature runs cloud routines without access to your local or shared filesystem.
