Ab dem 2. August 2026 gelten die strengen Hochrisiko-Anforderungen der KI-Verordnung auch für KI-Systeme, die im Personalwesen eingesetzt werden. Für Kanzleien ist dies in zweifacher Hinsicht relevant: zum einen beim eigenen Einsatz von KI im Personalbereich der Kanzlei selbst, zum anderen bei der Beratung von Mandanten, die solche Systeme im Arbeitsrecht-Kontext verwenden.
