Liferay Taglibs

Use this skill whenever the user asks about Liferay JSP taglibs or FreeMarker (FTL) macros — which tag library to use, how to declare/import one, what tags/macros are available, the difference between using a taglib in a JSP vs. an FTL display template, or how to verify a tag/macro actually exists before using it.
