Module Designer

Use this skill when someone needs to design, build, or structure training content they will deliver to others. Triggers when the user is a trainer, consultant, HR manager, or subject-matter expert who needs to create a complete instructional module — not just learn about a topic, but teach it to a group. Core signals: they mention a specific topic + audience + time block, or ask for session plans, training materials, workshop structure, or facilitator guides. Covers: corporate workshops, executive education, diplomados, in-company training sessions, mentoring programs. The skill produces the full instructional design package: session agendas, cases, activities with concrete outputs, AI prompts for participants, evaluation rubric, slide structure, and facilitator script.
