夜莺告警自愈是 ibex 子系统：告警规则的 callbacks 字段写成 ${ibex}/<task_tpl_id> 时，告警事件触发后会按当前 event 的 TargetIdent 拉起对应 task_tpl 的脚本，在那台机器的 categraf 上执行。脚本通过 stdin 拿到本次告警的标签。
