Exécuter le fichier plan passé en argument (format plan-template.md, produit par /plan). Le fichier plan est la source de vérité : le relire avant chaque décision, y écrire chaque progression. Un run interrompu (crash, compaction, stop utilisateur, blocage) doit pouvoir reprendre par un simple /plan-run relancé.
