ギルド規約ルート直下の repositories/<repo> として管理され、Root が明示した target_repo_root で示される対象リポジトリについて、実装前の設計、実装計画、方針整理、アーキテクチャ検討を read-only の cartographer に依頼するための workflow です。 Root セッションは対象確認、Quest Charter 整理、cartographer への mapmaking assignment 作成、報告集約だけを担当します。 地図作成は read-only の cartographer 役割が行い、Root は調査や設計判断を直接代替しません。
