Two modes. Periodic oversight (default) walks watched projects' .skill-runs/, scores progress against the persona's objectives.md, sends a status digest (or escalation) over Telegram, drains inbound bot commands queued by the user, and prepends source-tagged entries to ~/.claude/state/manager-notes.md that the supervisor reads on its next run.
