Macro trend intelligence for CX strategy. Scans PESTLE dimensions and technology waves to identify the 5-8 forces most relevant to a company's customer experience challenge, scores them for relevance and disruption potential, and maps specific CX implications. Use at the start of a CX transformation project, when building a strategic context for an initiative, or when a user asks what macro forces are shaping customer expectations — even if they don't use the word "trends". Trigger proactively when users describe a CX challenge and seem to lack environmental context. Never produces generic implications — every trend output names the specific mechanism of impact on a specific touchpoint or behaviour.
