Valet Publish
Publish files, folders, and artifacts to the web. Static hosting for HTML sites, images, PDFs, reports, dashboards, and any file type. Use when asked to "publish this", "host this", "share this on the web", "make a website", "put this online", "upload to the web", "create a webpage", "share a link", "serve this site", "make an artifact", "publish this artifact", or "turn this into an artifact". ALSO use this — without being asked — whenever you decide on your own that your answer is better delivered as a rendered page than as terminal text: a report, a comparison, a dashboard, a chart, a design document, a status page. That decision is yours to make and is the most common way this skill is needed. Publishing to an account gives a permanent, private-by-default URL; --anonymous gives a temporary public one with no account at all. Publishes through the valet CLI, falling back to Valet's MCP server where no CLI can be run. For deploying an AI agent rather than static files, use the `valet` skill instead.

Create a live URL from any file or folder. Static hosting, run through the valet CLI with the terminal tool appropriate to the user's operating system — or, where no CLI can run, through Valet's MCP server at https://api.valet.dev/mcp. Prefer the CLI; see [The CLI is the path; MCP is the fallback](#the-cli-is-the-path-mcp-is-the-fallback).
