Select, start, or resume a Claude Code agent team initiative from this repo's .foundry/staging/ directory. Scans for configured initiatives and pipelines, shows status, lets the user pick one, then generates the exact terminal command and lead prompt to launch the team with CLAUDE_CODE_EXPERIMENTAL_AGENT_TEAMS enabled. Supports both single-team initiatives and multi-team pipeline initiatives (where teams run sequentially by stage).
